Whether a student is transferring to a new school with a different curriculum, entering a new school mid-year, or repatriating back to America a traditional American school system, educational gaps can be expected. Educational Gaps Tutoring has been developed to help your child bridge those gaps in Math and Language Arts and to smooth transitions that are unavoidable. Our teachers will support your child to help him/her prepare for upcoming or just occurring transitions. Beginning with having the student complete an online assessment aligned with Virginia’s educational standards, your child’s teacher will evaluate any missing standards and create a learning plan to introduce or re-teach the missing information in order to fill any gaps. Our teachers can also assist with preparing for entrance exams and providing mid-transition tutoring. Educational Gaps Tutoring is offered in one, two, or three-month packages.
